From my very first session I was hooked; Tom’s an incredible tutor and each session I come away feeling great about the progress I’ve made, however small that is. Tom is one of the main reasons I train MMA to this day. In 2018 when I was at uni, I saw him training with a lad a few years older than me at Xercise4Less, nothing fancy, just some pad work. I was already a fan so knew what the moves were called, but no idea how to use them. I asked Tom if he was looking for a new student to which he responded with open arms and never looked back. We spent each session nerding out over techniques, fights and martial arts in general. Then Tom did his best to put it into practice. I have since moved back to London and still train several times a week, but have yet to find a coach as good as Tom. If you love MMA, you’ll love training with Tom Hepburn.
